Leadership

The people behind the work

KAIROS is led by two chartered accountants whose combined experience spans assurance, financial management, taxation and forensic practice across listed, state-owned and owner-managed organisations.

Ntokozo Zama

Chief Executive Officer

CA(SA) | CFE | CTA(SA) | MCom (Taxation)

Ntokozo has more than 15 years of professional experience across auditing, financial reporting, financial management and taxation, gained in practice and in commerce.

His technical focus spans International Financial Reporting Standards, financial management, and corporate and international tax, and he holds a Master of Commerce in Taxation from the University of Johannesburg. As a Certified Fraud Examiner he also brings a forensic perspective to matters of risk, governance and financial integrity.

Mpho Zama

Chief Operating Officer

CA(SA)

Mpho has more than 15 years of professional experience spanning audit, financial reporting, financial management and taxation, including time in the banking and insurance sectors at Standard Bank and Auto & General.

She leads the operational side of the firm, with particular strength in International Financial Reporting Standards, financial management and the disciplines that keep client delivery consistent and dependable.
